Management and team members are super professional and motivated. Owner and CEO of company is respectful of employees and customers. Good work-life balance.

The only negative is that the company no longer exists (it was acquired at the end of 2019 by a larger company).

June 2018 : Pays really well. Pretty laid back environment and a medium-sized company which is growing exponentially. Always delivers what is promised. Amazing open door policy and company's president is accessible for all your concerns and addresses them immediately. At times they hire H1B and provide excellent immigration support for any USCIS challenge that comes in. They have a huge list of premium clients in Austin area. The admin and HR team are awesome. Consultants are engaged almost every other week. Excellent awards and recognition programs!! Real care on consultant personal career growth. I went in as a Java Developer and floated up as a Big Data Developer. Oct 2018: Less than a quarter, I’m back @ Intersys with an interesting assignment for a leading Automobile firm. Why did I come back ? I left for a personal reason but when I filed my resignation I was amazed by the reverence from almost from everyone. When my new job soared and I turned back to the market and reached out to Intersys, the firm didn’t think literally more than 10 minutes to take me in. What are my odds in the current market ? I’m on H1B , but What Intersys actually valued ? Respect for people and their intellect nothing more. The rejoining day was the most moving day.
