I feel that I can ask any question and get help. Very supportive teamwork. High skill level of team members.

Sometimes the start of new projects is delayed.

If you're looking for a startup spirit, (that has lasted for all 3+ years I worked at), this is your place. The majority of work is handled by contractors, especially from post-soviet union place, I was one of them. Overall, the processes were okay inside the company, but at times very chaotic. The CEO and the C+ managers are not really interested in getting the processes done inside the company.

Very unstable, unexpected layoffs, shifts of the focus and "aim" of the company from one direction to another.
