Pros

The working environment is fast-moving and this is a very rewarding company for those that work hard. The workforce on the whole is very positive and highly motivated with opportunities for those who excel in their areas. Hard work, results and talent is quickly recognized and rewarded in my observations which aligns with my own work ethic. The company is a great place to work for those early in their careers that want to progress fast, and also for more experienced workers and subject matter experts

Cons

None that I am aware of

Pros

Talented and experienced technical testers. There are still good people on the technical team and overall company.

Cons

CEO hides behind the COO but tries to put a persona that cares about employees. COO is clueless and blames everything on sales. Just look at the amount of sales leaders they have gone through. The last one came from a successful competitor. He seemed like the most competent, relatable and treated people with respect but left abruptly. Did wonder if he was genuine or part of the executive mafia. The technical leadership is not what is was but a couple of good ones still around. Good technical people have also left due to the lack of career growth path. They laid off many people very quietly and tried to hide it and not call it layoffs. This shows you how dishonest they are and it starts with the CEO. Don't trust her smile and easy going act. It's exactly that, an act! HR is just as bad. There's an employee out of Europe who does whatever that person wants so don't cross the individual. That employee runs the show behind the scenes and even the CEO fears the person. The founder doesn't interact with people and believes this company is bigger than it is.
