      People and managers are good in few teams. Good work life balance.

      No transparency. Some teams are working on old age technologies and are not comfortable to move it to latest tech.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
