The Rotaional programme lets you rotate within the organization for different roles/Teams , at the end you come out as a very valuable asset . 3. There are a lot of opportunities for growth, you can stay updated about the new work opportunities , new initiatives within the organization in different teams and join with them if you are interested. 4. Discuss directly to your manager in case of any issue . They are open to any suggestions and solving problems. 5. Employees are well connected . They have employee friendly policy. 6. I love my office space.
Cons
Honestly I personally had none, But sometimes it depends on the team members and the team itself. Also a lot of info is not avalable about ION on web.
