-Nice open office with space to eat and unwind during break -City area -Good client base -Customer service experience and provides experience with JIRA -Regular feedback on work provided -Some workers are friendly and helpful when ask for help
Cons
-Salary does not get increased much, very little yearly raise and bonus given (despite assurances) until you decide to leave -Some members of the wider team (professional services or management) are not so professional and talk behind others backs -Development opportunities is not good, no progression
