I work for IPA. I am not an employee that no longer works here so when I saw someone say things are great now that all the whiners are gone I knew someone was asked to do a review. I actually know who it was that wrote that bogus review but I won't name call. All I will say is that IPA is not a good place to work. All the good people left due to them not being appreciated and and not getting paid. There is no repsect in this office. The owner of the company talks down to the HR staff and yells at employees. He has a quick temper and gets mad without even knowing what is fully going on in his own work place due to not being there. Pretty much he ends up looking like the idiot he really is. The review above was correct. IPA couldn't even pay to keep there lights on so one of the employees had to whip out her check book to keep the lights on in the building. The only reason the owner of IPA Mark Hunt is showing up to work now is because He is losing people left and right. We used to have meetings and now we don't. There was one woman who literally let managment know that they are going to lose people because of how they treat the sales agents. She was like the only one whoever spoke up and she had a target on her back because of her honesty. So if they ask you how you feel about your job you have to lie because Mark says he wants the truth but can't handle it. I hate working here honestly. If I could find another job I would. If I could find all the other workers jobs I would, but I need to find one first.
