Pros

There are some really good employees here.

Cons

Not market competitive. Leadership is still trying to do business as if it's the 1990s. Salaries are low, no remote work, limited flexibility. Several managers from multiple departments are condescending to staff and provide little support or direction. Decisions are frequently flip-flopped and staff improvement suggestions are ignored.

Pros

The work we do is positive and meaningful.

Cons

IPRO refuses to increase our salaries to meet inflation. There is no true growth financially unless you are promoted (doesnt happen often). The merit increases are pennies every year; its impossible to get above 2% no matter how hard you work. They are also creating chaos and tension between staff and upper management by micromanaging. It used to be a great place to work but there morale is poor these days. IPRO would have a better understanding of their product if they tried to make their employees happy and actually listen to them. 1/2 the company is applying elsewhere.
