Pros

Patient group are engaged and lovely Remote working

Cons

Very little regard for own wellbeing Terribly handled conversations around disability support and real reluctance to adhere to disability support recommendations High caseloads - expected to see 8 plus people a day High caseloads mean no interaction between your team so many interactions are just operational so no chance to decompress or build supportive relationships with collegues High turn over from staff which was even higher than the NHS - I started with 6 people and since all those people had left the business

Pros

It is remote role so offers flexibility.

Cons

Terrible sickness policy. Supervision, CM, LM and other meetings do not count as contacts and need to be completed along with 5 clinical contacts. Alot of micromanaging, terrible management and large turnaorund time
