They set reasonable expectations, gave good feedback, had some interesting problems to solve, very pleasant to work with.

No significant complaints. Working remote and not having access to their environment did make it a bit more challenging than if I was on site.

Experiencing significant growth and has been active adding new leadership to further advance the company. Very talented group of people to work with every day. Relaxed work environment that values your input.

As you might expect some growing pains associated with growth - communication, workload, etc. nothing too big though. Need to make sure we focus on priorities.
