Is a big company in Uruguay, but only that.

The structure is confusing, the "leaders" are the worst i ever know. They will welcome you to make you believe that this is a happy place to work, at day 2 you will find out the reality. You will be trated as garbage if you dont fullfil they needs. As i said, this is a big company in Uruguay, but they sell garbage to their clients, its a big "abasto" company

Great woking environment and relationship between all the employees.

In the transition to acting like a big company, you can still feel some little company problems like a low investment in new equipment.
