By far the best and most enjoyable years of my career have been with ISG Transportation. One of the main reasons for this is the management and my coworkers. ISG truly feels like a family. Everyone is super friendly and treats the people around them with respect. Unlike some of my previous places of employment, the management at ISG has made me feel genuinely important to the company. In turn, that brought a lot of excitement to come in to work every morning and made me feel inspired to be the best I can be for the company. It isn’t just the people that make my experience enjoyable, it’s also my job itself. I truly feel like an important piece to the overall success of the business and many of my coworkers clearly share that same feeling.

The only slight complaint I have had in the past with ISG was that I wasn’t a huge fan of their old office location in Brampton, and I am the type of person that always wants to be in the office around my coworkers. I am very pleased though that now we have moved to a beautiful new office in Woodbridge which has clearly made everyone more content. Our new office is a very organized 3 floors of space and has lots of natural light. Overall feels very fitting.
