Pros
When I first started working at ISI in 2006, I was very excited to be there and the company seemed to bend over backwards to make me feel welcome.
Cons
After a few years there and some ups and downs, I can tell you that it seemed that management was more of a "clique" than it was a team focused on leadership. They would ask for your honest feedback and when you would give it, you were told to "get over it". There also seemed to be very little support in our day to day jobs. Not really a big deal for me since I enjoy working on my own, but was an issue when support was needed. The company was adamant about not allowing people to work remotely except for a few chosen ones. When I worked remotely, I did actually work. I can tell you that there were people who were in the office that did not do much work. It seemed that the people who actually did their jobs were penalized for the ones who did not.
