Pros
All their properties are very elegant and decorated beautifully. They offer to their full time employees health insurance.
Cons
The pay is offensive to our profession. They only pay you an hourly rate.(The base is lower than Massage Envy). You can get a little more money if you can con a guest into spending even more money. Although you will get a tip as it is included in the final bill, but they keep a portion of it. As for the health insurance you only can get it if you work 30 hours a week consistently. So even if you are available to them full time you can't get benefits without the hours. Speaking of the full time hours, when I was hired they told me I would get full time hours and this is true but unless you have appointments you are not allowed to be on the time clock. You give them all these hours and you have to be available within an hour call so you can't work somewhere else. And they pay you so little that you can't make a living without having another job. They ask you to be available for weekends and holidays. No big deal that's normal but when they say holidays they mean the actual days (Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day) and this is something they don't tell you. This is just the start of the miscommunication they give you. They act like they care for their employees but they only care about money. (At least be honest about it like all the other corporations.)
