As part of the research team had complete ownership of the work i did. Apart form the exposure to the regular work we had chance to be part of the sales process which was a unique experience
Cons
I had my challenges with the head of research. He is an eccentric person who nudged too much in the job. I would had continued if the senior management would have removed him in 2015
