Pay is NOT competitive. I was getting paid minimum wage to run a mailroom, work with the public's SSNs, and have primary admin access for some of the client's external vendors. At minimum wage. Insanity. Benefits are laughable, but maybe they have improved since 2023.
Management is varying levels of clueless, and it starts at the top with the CEO. You will be subjected to various types of nonsense to hit arbitrary metrics that are in the contract. You will have an IST manager and a client manager, so you're rolling double to see if you get someone incredibly incompetent, and both are equally important. Your IST manager will NEVER take your side in any complaints your client manager has of you, so pray you roll well.
Just a very strange company. You'll see what I mean before you work a day. (For example, they were paying me minimum wage ($16) to run an outsourced mailroom and wanted me to take professional headshots before I started. I ignored that request and they never mentioned it again]
