Training is suppose to be 6 weeks for the recruiter associate role however decided to let me go 3 weeks in as apparently wasn't meeting expectations where previous feedback from higher managers said differently - bad communication from other managers. Not a inclusive team , Inappropriate talks towards women candidates from team leads, supervisors about women's looks from Linkedin pictures that they would try it on with them - very manosphere atmosphere - at the start you think this is a great culture and team then you learn that everyone is out for each other. ADVICE - stay far away Not a very welcoming team to be apart of very micromanaged by team lead and not supportive with training and developing. Account Managers aren't supportive or providing you training in regards to pitching candidates. Unrealistic targets

Payments on time, good communication.

Like every other consulting firm, it's not easy to get a raise.
