      Pros

      Flexible working hours, good salary & commission

      Cons

      One of the most badly organised businesses in Ireland. Directors hate each other and spend most of their day fighting amongst themselves. Nothing gets done and no decisions made because management can't agree on anything. More like a playground than a professional working environment.

      Pros

      Very flexible and pay well. Busy agency with a lot of talented recruiters and very transparent in the way they work. They carefully hire new staff and it shows. Senior management are always setting up after work activities.

      Cons

      There were a lot of meetings some weeks. Nothing unusual though. As far as agencies go, IT Search is top and would recommend to anyone.
