Good Company to start career - Python Developer IT Works Employee Review

Great learning experience for me, I got to hone my skills as a salesman and leader.

There are no cons if you understand what the business is.

Can make some side money

This company makes it seem like becoming a distributor will CHANGE your life and that you will be making SO much money easily. The people above me even told me "you just need to message a few people a day!" WRONG. If you actually want to be successful and make money then you need to work your butt off. I messaged so many people on facebook that it got to the point where i was afraid to open facebook because I was so over it. They tell you "you will make over $500 a month starting out!"- i got around $200 for my first 3 months and I worked so hard for it, it really isn't worth it. My friend who started me off as a distriubtor left out a lot of information about becoming a distributor which wasn't fair at all. She didn't mention that i need to pay $20 a month just to be a distributor, that if a loyal customer cancels before the 3 months are over they are charged $50 (this really screwed me over with a customer), and that the autoshipment doesn't end automotically after 3 months, you need to go in and cancel it automotically. Also, it is SO hard for people to actually be succesful because almost everyone already knows about the products and are either customers or don't want to. It is very difficult to find new customers and you works too hard for what you get in return. Overall, I am so glad I am done with itworks and i would NOT turn back to it for anything.
