It’s unlike any other place I’ve worked. - ESOP: Along the same lines, the employee stock ownership program is AMAZING. You don’t have to contribute anything, but ITA Group contributes on average 18% into your individual ESOP. Many ITA Group retirees have been able to retire millionaires because of how lucrative it is. - VTO: We get 18 hours of volunteer time off to use throughout the year to give back to the communities we live and work in. - Work/Home Flexibility: We can work from wherever we do our best work, whether that’s at home, in office or on a beach. - Benefits: After 3 years, you qualify for My Time Off (MTO), which means no accruals and no time off tracking. Cons
I don't have any cons. Because of all the pros of working at ITA Group, I hope to be here until I retire. I've even referred many friends to work here because I've been singing ITA Group's praises since I started.
