      Pros

      very good learning opportunities available . work life balance is good as long as you dont take the deadlines too seriously if you are a fresher totally recommended

      Cons

      whole company depends on BOSS's mood if he is happy all good else u know the rest . pay relatively lower than market . employee retention ratio is very low . overtime pay is very low (i.e. 500 / day for minimum of 3 hours overtime !)

      Consistently paid employees late, numerous product features were not fully developed, but still were released into production

      Pros

      They are competing in a new market. Simple easy code.

      Cons

      The whole day is based on the CEOs mood. Terrible backend infrastructure! Poor leadership. Pauli’s almost always late.
