Cons
- Shortage of manpower. :( - Managers are over worked. :( - No Bonus (Performance, 13 months). :'( - AL is quite low. :'( - (On behalf of contract staffs) When an employee recontract they expect increment. Cost of living is getting more and more expensive in Singapore. :'( - (On behalf of contract staffs) Once you attached to customer site, there are no "HI' or follow up from the managements.
