Firstly, if you have signed a 2-year bond, it means you joined in as a fresher without any experience and you were fully aware of the commitment. If you broke the commitment to leave, that means you found a job for yourself that was worth paying the money for. How could have not learned anything or not worked on projects to clear interview? Anyway, sometime in your career, you will realize how much your first job contributed to where you stand. There are over 500 consultants in the past 17 plus years who have built great careers from ITChamps and we are short of resources in all the modules. Why wouldn't we assign work to resources after investing time and effort in training and providing internships?
