Not too involved with internal activities within the ITDS business. There's a difference between the Poland, Netherlands, Porto and Lisbon branch's that I would say they need to spoil some consultants with options to go to Poland, network, assist growing a base with not only earning 100% commission without investing in consultants with more than the basic benefits.

They are desperate, so they will do what they need to hire you. You have good people there.

After you are inside, they will traumatize you. 30-minute training and you are ready to go. You will have stupid trainings. They will trick you into doing things outside the law. Just to prejudicate you.
