I have been working for ITExpert for 4 years now. During this time, I received many opportunities for career and professional growth. The team has become like a family to me, we always help each other with work tasks and not only.

It's hard for me to say what are the disadvantages of ITExpert. I would say that they are completely covered by pluses. Perhaps at times, the workload is high, but it is caused by the specifics of the field and management is as attentive as possible to the mental health of the team and work conditions.

I am happy to work at ITExpert. I especially want to note the opportunities for learning, development, and career growth, as well as constant support in work. I know I can ask for help and will definitely not be refused.

I cannot single out something specific because the management team always listens to the employee's wishes and creates comfortable working conditions.
