Great manager, amazing pay, generous pto, spectacular benefits, helpful co workers, etc

Trex is the system we use and it’s over complicated. They keep changing things in the system and it’s frustrating. Also there are too many new products, too many smps and wdps, sales goals are often hard to reach. I feel like we shove product down the retailer’s throats and they are getting overwhelmed.
