      cant think of any pros

      Cons

      Hired me for social media but also wanted me to do marketing/sales role. Even when i was very clear in the interview that i wasnt looking for a mixed profile. Dont have Clear vision for work. No on job training for freshers.

      Time Flexibility, can work with your schedule if you have the PTO saved up for it

      Cons

      terrible management, terrible pay and every raise is done on a "trial period". the CEO is a nepo baby and this is his first job out of college, so he's tanking a generational business and the careers of anyone that would hitch their wagon to this dumpster fire of a automation facility
