Pros
I spent 16 years working for ITRM and played a big part in it's growth over the years, but it is one of those companies whereby the culture is based around hard work, passionate about delivering great customer service, but retains a very strong culture of togetherness, collaboration and made to feel like you are part of a family. The people are what makes ITRM so great and that comes from leadership and filters throughout the orgnisation.
Cons
Time constraints of leadership to really move the needle in terms of strategic goals/direction was always an issue, but in spite of this a lot of effort went into strategic planning, it's just the execution that needs to be more consistent. This can be all be achieved, just needs right people in right seats :)
