Time to Grow Up - Anonymous employee ITS Partners Employee Review

If you'd like to work for a company that is structured more like a fraternity, this is the place for you. Senior leadership is completely out of touch with growth areas in technology, and instead chooses to support and partner with vendors who were hot 10 years ago. Little to no accountability at any level, no go-to-market strategy to mention, leadership closes their eyes to talent within their own ranks if they're not a member of the 'old boys club' of people put in VP positions because they're drinking buddies. I've seen talent run out of that joint in droves, it's a shame.
