      Lot's of freedom in the job. Management understands that employees need to develop on a continuous basis

      Cons

      The only downside is that you will work a bit more than 40 hours...but its worth it

      Pros

      I.T.S.C. is one of the few jobs I have found that allows staff to think and act like managers, it is a very family like atmosphere and everyone helps everyone succeed

      Cons

      There is a lot of information to learn but for someone that is willing to put in the hard work and effort it is well rewarded
