Opportunities tend to be for certain employees in the "good ole boy" system. Usually they have no degree, former disciplinary actions, no respect by co-workers, bad work ethics, etc. Yet these same people within this "in crowd" continue to move upward while the hard working employees are belittled and threatened to do more work.
