I can't think of any.
Cons
The product organization is flooded. The company continues to purchase smaller companies with out a plan for what to do with them and product managers sit around with little to no agenda or leadership. It seems as though there's only a core group of favorite that are given all of the work and they are either too overloaded or simply bad at delegating.
