Pros
If you are reporting to the local Business Manager, u will get the best boss ever. Very supportive and collaborative, and he always kind to share his knowledge about the industry. He gives you freedom to do / achieve what you want, respect your decisions and never interfere. Colleagues are good too.
Cons
Company culture is something that you need to consider. While the local office is great, but often decision come from HQ (top down management) and I don’t find the HQ colleagues supportive
