I'm disturbed by the hostile review. Quite obvious it was a disgruntled ex-employee. I have been working at IBEX for over eight years now and I'm very happy here. Most of my original team are still with IBEX. I think that speaks for itself . I would say we feel like one big family, one big team. Andy frankl, our president, is an intelligent, experienced and decent good human being. He sets an excellent example. There's nothing he would ask of us that he would not do himself.

The hours can be long, but the days go quickly.
