Business outlook
Pros
Relaxed work environment, good people to work with. As long as I do my job, I'm not bothered. Work/life balance is good, never had a problem getting time off for vacation or family emergencies. Good company to start with to get technical experience.
Cons
No pay raises, no bonuses, no incentive to go above and beyond or work harder. Management doesn't seem to care about their employees. A lot of people that work here enjoy the people they work with, but its clear everyone is not happy with how management is handling the company.
