Poor culture (founders are very insular), passive aggressive leadership (CEO puts up pictures of dirty diapers in break room with text "this isn't your dirty diaper pail" - VP tells employees they are hiring others for their positions), lack of honesty in compensation plans (cannot calculate variable pay properly which is ironic because that is their business and they don't use their own software to do it). Some unprofessional management behavior and poor communication (CEO discourages people from talking to one another and consultants are discouraged from talking to Engineering about product even though product documentation has not been written for six years), not much product training for consultants. Lots of hiring and firing with staff going from 30 to 70 then down to 40 and now back up to 80. Lot of turnover in Sales staff, ran off some good people. Burning through lots of cash.
