Very good management team. Supportive of professional and personal goals. Forward thinking company who understand what they don't know and are actively upskilling key individuals within the business. A highly energetic and ambitious growth mindset is being breed within the organisation. A great sense of morale within all the sectors of the business. The company provides the individual with the tools to be successful.

No company is without inefficiencies or areas for future improvement. I would however say that with in the engineering department, all suggestions are taken seriously and each employee is given a fair chance to state their case. The company is going through a period of change and as such this can cause turbulence such as review of process that have been in place for years. This means responsibilities are very often shifted whilst the best format is selected.

I have worked at ICONSYS for nearly 2 years and have been given lots of opportunities to learn and develop skills. I have been on many courses to aid this such as Level 3 apprenticeship, HNC, and Eplan ECE courses. There are committed people who work hard to see beneficial outcomes and are all very friendly. Management are very approachable and listen to suggestions for improvements. Kind caring management team who understand individual needs. There is a vast wealth of knowledge in the company from very experienced engineers who have been with ICONSYS for 20+ years, who in my experience are willing to take the time to share their experience and knowledge to back up the learning process. Iconsys is very keen to be up to date with the latest tech/software and the implementations of it. I would Recommend ICONSYS to others.
