The company is under new ownership and has a really great energy. They are constantly coming up with different ways to grow the business. They are open to ideas and suggestions. Their main focus is content and quality which makes it a company I am proud to work for.

I honestly don't have any cons. I am glad I work here.

Great company, everyone works remotely- if you can handle the hurdles of managing yourself and not having someone constantly overlooking you then this is the best company to work for. You are considered a contractor, so benefits are basically out the door. The benefits are that you get to work from home, manage your own business and get a very good salary and bonus structure compared to other companies of the same nature. Work and life balance is ideal, not much room for growth, but the CEO's do allow you to input your ideas and most of them will be implemented very quickly.

1099 Employee, no benefits, in your training/ramp up stage- commission only...this really weeds out the people who don't want to work here or can't afford it.
