Pros
Great art director that teaches and allows a graphic designer/production artist to grow and learn a lot. Mostly cool, hard working employees.
Cons
- Constant bickering between the 'ceo' and 'principal' (they're married). - Not designing for the client, designing for the 'principal' because he has worked his way into every aspect of every persons job. - Keeping former employees on the company website even though they no longer work there, some haven't for 2.5 years, just so that potential clients think its a bigger organization than it is. - Slamming doors and constant tension in the workplace. - No gratitude for going above and beyond doing good job and getting an impossible task completed... Especially when you stay 'til 2am because management did not plan their deadlines appropriately. - Lack of planning with deadlines based on size of job. (Expect to work your ass off to get a job that should take at-least six months done in three months) - Getting talked down to for asking questions by management. - Getting yelled at because you did what management asked and they forgot they told you to do it that way. - Total lack of care or appreciation for employees (4 people have left in the past 4 months even though serious problems were addressed... and said to be understood and on there way to getting fixed... and the 5th is on their way out).
