Small enough company to be able to quickly adapt new procedures and grow with changing customer needs, big enough to have the buying power to support that and to take care of employees. Tons of opportunity for teamwork. Family-owned company so the employees are all family too. Most of the employees have been here 5, 10 , 15, or 25 years. The company thrives on retention.

Sometimes since we are all so open with each other, it can be a little intimidating to ask for things that benefit just you since you will end up caring about the entire company's wellbeing.
