      Pros

      Love the work environment. I have no stress, and that is rare in health care. All staff really work together to get job done! Management is really helpful when needed.

      Benefits are not great but comparable to other offices in this field.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
