      Pros

      Ideal Image is a fair and equitable employer and will treat everyone the same no matter what position you have in the company. Working for a company that cares about the people behind the scenes has been a wonderful change of pace for me.

      Limited upward mobility. One of the reasons turnover is high.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
