      Positive energy and a fun place to work overall. Good bonus opportunities which give you an incentive to work even harder. Managers fully understand your struggles because they were in your shoes once before moving up the ladder. They are fully equipped to support you.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
