Pros
They take a while to fire the non performers. Meanin I had coworkers that did nothing got paid their draw and never really got fired until a few months in. I achieved above the quotas but not enough to make what was promised even the top performers aren’t really budging 70k aside from management and their flying monkeys.
Cons
“Never cold calling” you’re expected to call leads that are years old to make money when you start out, and if you don’t do well with it you won’t make it into their “top performer” tier and you won’t make any money. I did well with it and edged my way in and promptly quit after arguing with another adult coworker over a $10 appointment show.
