Pros
This place seems great, at least in the beginning. One of the first innovation tech incubators in Los Angeles, this place has seen its share of successes and failures. People are smart, cool startup environment (desks made of filing cabinets and halfcut doors), and lots of positivity.
Cons
It seems like employment here is a mix of a rotating door and musical chairs. People come and go, and come back again. Maybe the people move from job to job due to opportunities, but it basically seems things are always in constant motion. So if you like a place to be a little stable, this is not it. Also, in addition to the rotating doors, you never know who may end up working next to you, personality-wise.
