      the company lets you to be more than just a title, you are a thinker here, a creator and marketer at the same time.

      Cons

      Small company, lacks what big company offers (medical) but in here they give you insurance.

      Pros

      The President / Owner is very smart and also extremely nice. Everyone is treated like family. A lot of talented staff. great vision. Last year we were chosen as the Autodesk reseller of the year. Great work environment, good benfits, 401k etc.

      Cons

      non, unless you like to work in a large company with all the corporate BS etc. the owner is too nice?
