An Absolute Joke of an Organization - Anonymous employee Identco Employee Review

This has got to be one of the worst run organizations I have ever come across in my professional career. The management here is so bad, that they cant even turn a profit in a booming economy. Most other manufacturing plants have so much business that they cant find enough people to staff all their shifts. Not Identco! They have been operating in the red so long that they have to lay people off and give demotions. The CEO spends 99% of his time detached from the business in Florida, but he has his errand boy COO on site to run the business into the ground. His leadership abilities are completely non-existent and he has no business being in that position. He is dishonest liar that gives his employees insincere positive feedback and then stabs them in the back to save a buck. He should be ashamed of himself. The CFO is so late in paying the bills that some suppliers wont even do business with them anymore. He is completely incompetent. In fact, this is possibly the most incompetent C-Level executive suite that has ever existed. It's a real shame that these fools are in a position to make decisions that affect their employees livelihood.
