If you're really desperate for a job: it's a job. It provides income. That's really the only benefit working at Identity Group.
Cons
Everyone in these Glassdoor reviews say the same thing - they keep their production crew in the dark. It's absolutely true. They don't want their production crew to their basic rights under Federal and State labor laws. OSHA visited last year and to me, we were punished as a whole production facility; layoffs, hours cut in Dec, ect. It's easy to do when you claim to be in the "rocky" consumer industry.
