Health and Wellness Spending Account Free Snacks/Meals

Cons

Working at this company has been a challenging experience due to a combination of poor management practices, lack of resources, and a lack of trust in the workforce. The weekly hour-long meetings often feel redundant, as we revisit the same unresolved problems without seeing any concrete results. It becomes frustrating when we are forced to take on additional roles due to a lack of staff, while those who perform well end up with even more work, leading to burnout. Material shortages have become a recurring issue, causing unnecessary downtime, such as having to clean a warehouse that is already spotless, only to work overtime the following day to catch up on tasks. The constant need to relabel boxes, despite no actual need for it, is another example of management's lack of understanding of what truly matters. There's a deep sense of distrust from management towards the production team, even though we've raised the same concerns week after week. Critical decision-makers are often unavailable, either in endless meetings or taking breaks, leaving us in limbo while waiting for responses that delay our progress. Despite all of this, we're still expected to meet tight deadlines, which puts immense pressure on an already overworked and underpaid team. In summary, the lack of effective communication, poor decision-making, and unrealistic expectations make this a frustrating and unsustainable work environment.

Pros

Health spendings account. Dog friendly. Snacks and drinks.

Cons

Incredibly high stress environment for the type of work it is. Discriminative towards mental health, and needing time off. Management from above seeks out blaming one person for errors, rather than proposing solutions to minimise errors.
