Kids are kids, sometimes it can be challenging.

Employees are more-or-less unfireable because they cannot be replaced, and because the management has very little actual idea what the employers are doing. Easy to take time off.

I worked at this company for quite some time, and basically, the management consists of a family that do everything they can to get young college graduates to work for them at less-than-living salaries and with absolutely no benefits, and produce work that educational scholars would be asked to produce. The pay is terrible, work conditions bad, and the management is utterly clueless. During my time of employment the turnover rate over a a year was almost 100%, and the management even allowed two employees who had worked there for years to walk out because they treated them terribly. The management is literally abusive. Plus, this company works with kids, and constantly cuts corners and forces its employees to do things that are quasi-illegal. I know a job like this sounds great when you're just out of college, but I strongly recommend staying away.
